RSS Research Project
One of
my favorite groups on Facebook is called CINEMA BLEND. It always updates me on
stories for all MY favorite upcoming movies. In researching this article, it
became aware to me that they actually have a pretty immersive website that I’ve
never visited. Low and behold, I no longer have to wait for Facebook to update
me on these movies. I can go right to the source and search for stories. Better
still, they have RSS feed I can subscribe to. They have a full RSS feed or if
you just want to see reviews you can subscribe to their review RSS feed. They
have a feed for games, TV, and POP culture. But by far, my favorite feed has
got to be their film database. This database contains nothing but information
on upcoming movies. I feel like I have discovered a treasure chest and will be
spending less time on Facebook.
